Next Level Bar & Lounge was born from a simple belief: that great food brings people together. Our story starts in the hills of Jamaica, where generations of family cooks perfected the art of jerk — slow-marinated, fire-grilled, and seasoned with a blend of spices passed down through the years.

We brought that tradition to South Florida with one goal: to serve authentic Jamaican cuisine that tastes like home. Every dish on our menu is made from scratch using time-honored recipes — the same ones our grandmother used on Sundays, the same ones that made our family kitchen the heart of the neighborhood.
